Is your website safe and secure?
Yes, our website is absolutely safe and secure, and here's how you can tell: Before you enter your credit card and personal details, you will see that our address changes to "https" and there is a little padlock icon on your Internet browser (usually found in the bottom corner of your web browser). This shows that you've entered a secure portion of the site. What this means, is that your personal data is encrypted before it leaves your PC. In this way, nobody can see that data you're sending. You can also click on the secure padlock icon to see the Authentication Certification.

Is it safe to use my Credit Card?
Your credit card information does not get saved on our site, nor do they get recorded with us. When you enter your details, your data gets encrypted and sent to an independent, authenticated company that has been approved by South African banks. This ensures that nobody ever gets to see your credit card details. This protects your interests and ours, and makes your internet shopping safe and stress-free.

If I do not want to make use of my Credit Card, what other payment options do you offer?
If you'd prefer to not make use of your Credit Card for payment, Bank/Internet Transfers are also possible - you can even make a direct cash deposit. During the checkout process, please select the 'e-mail' payment option and we’ll guide you through it with our simple prompts. Our Banking Details will also be forwarded to you to complete the process.

Can I do a Direct Deposit/Bank Transfer?
Of course you can! If you want to pay via a bank transfer/Direct deposit, you can just order your products on our website, and when you get to the desired payment option, just click on the'e-mail' option! Dispatch may take a few days longer to allow your deposit to be cleared. To speed up the processing of your order, please fax your payment confirmation to us on 086-610-9691 or e-mail payments@mandyspleasures.co.za (using your order number as reference).

What Shipping Options do you offer, and how much is it?
Shipping options as follows: Ordinary Parcel via SA Post Office (with Tracking Number) – R25.00 (usually delivered within 3 - 5 business days), Speed Services Couriers – To Counter – R60.00 (usually delivered within 1 - 3 business days), Speed Services Couriers – To Door – R120.00 (usually delivered within 1 - 3 business days).
For orders over R350.00, the following apply: Ordinary Parcel via SA Post Office (with Tracking Number) – FREE (usually delivered within 3 - 5 business days), Speed Services Couriers – To Counter – R30.00 (usually delivered within 1 - 3 business days), Speed Services Couriers – To Door – R60.00 (usually delivered within 1 - 3 business days).

How long do I have to wait to receive my order?
We normally process orders in less than 8 working hours (once payment has been received). This means that once you have placed your order you are guaranteed the fastest possible service. Because efficiency is our goal, orders are often processed and delivered to the client the very next day! Delivery is obviously dependant on the shipping method you select.
If you order before 14h00 on a business-day (and payment has been confirmed), your order will usually be shipped the same day.

Will my order be packaged discreetly?
Yes! It's absolutely private. Your items are packed in a plain brown box and wrapped in plain brown packaging paper. There are also no reference made to the contents of your parcel.
